Schumacher Wedding

I was recently blessed with the opportunity of attending the wedding of my closest childhood friend.  Mark and I were inseparable as kids and have remained close to this day.  Mark married the love of his life, Meredith, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in East Dundee, Illinois.  The church is very special to me as Mark and I attended the school there from kindergarten through eighth grade.  I stood up in the wedding but I was also able to sneak away at times to get a few pictures.  The entire night was great and I'm so thankful I was there to celebrate.  Congratulations guys from Michelle, Austin, and me!

Our Wedding!

Michelle and I got married in Berlin, Ohio on December 20th.  We stayed in our own little log cabin at Donna's Premier Lodging.  We had a private ceremony in our cabin in front of the fire place and read our own vows.  It was a really great night and Amish country was beautiful :)  We both couldn't be happier!  Here's a couple pictures taken outside the day of.  Michelle looked gorgeous and she was really patient with me taking pictures of her in the snow.  We did take frequent breaks inside to warm her up though :)

I brought the shotgun as a prop.  I think Michelle had other intentions...

She was such a trooper being out there in the cold!

Naughty and Nice

Christine really seemed to enjoy her day and she completely lit up the area.  I really loved her wide range of facial expressions... here's a few of my favorites.  I can't post pictures of her man so I have to get a little creative :)

Perfect expression

This was near the end of the day.  I also have pictures of them choking
each other.  They're perfect for each other :)

Oh the Kelly girl photo shoot.  Feel privileged to be a part of it!

I did my best to crop the cleavage but I was fighting a losing battle

So the ladies helped me out!

Wedding at Magnolia Plantation

I just got back from a holiday weekend in Charleston, SC.  Visiting the old stomping grounds was great and I was so thankful to get to see Michelle, her family and a few of my close friends.  Here's the first round of pictures from the wedding.

Engagement Ring

I spent some time today practicing for pictures to take at my brother's wedding in a couple months.  I really love close up photography and I finally took some time to work on my manual focus skills.  Live view works wonders for seeing where you're focusing!
